You don’t just put origins into it; you put kids into it (and once in a while the lower half of envious adults playfully attempting to be young again). Just like the good-old-fashioned potato sack race stuck among the three-legged race and the egg dash; the days when we hopped around in real potato sacks and fell over our burlap-covered feet and each other, bunny-hopping toward the finish line to be the firstborn to cross. It was always the huge hit at our picnics and family reunions. Everybody including Sally would join in.

What was the point? It didn’t matter, we had fun! I do not forget one summer when we employed cloth sacks- Didn’t last long! Ripped seams, torn cloth, and huge tears from closely half the herd of children made that the last time my Mother tried it. There is something special with regards to those potato sacks, not just the race itself. When the day would be over, my little brother Tommy and I would creep into these sacks and roll around in them. Those fetch back fantasti memories.

What else may you do with Potato Sacks? A new way I have found to use potato sacks is by substituting them for the rope that we tied around our ankles in the three-legged race. It’s better to have each collaborator stick one leg into the sack rather of hinging from a rope or handkerchief tied around our ankles. More recently, I have noticed persons starting to use them in P.E. classes. Some teachers use educational potato sacks for fun, instructional games which implicate colors, numbers, and even languages. There are some uses to be found using potato sacks. What are a lot of of yours?

Not as pictured

If you are looking for potato sacks with the printing on them as pictured, you will be sorely disappointed. I ordered 2 of these sacks with the belief that they would have the image and printing of “Potatoes” on them. When I received them, the only printing on them said US GAMES. This is not what I needed. The customer service rep. at eSportsonline really couldn’t have cared any less. She basically told me that the picture didn’t have to be what was represented and refused to even waive the return shipping costs. I will never purchase from this vendor again.

great fun but not for adults

I got these for an adult group to use at a preakness party. really fun for single use. our feet came out the bottom. but I am sure for children the results would have been more uses with out problems. great time for the price.
