The Softform hernia belt provides tame relief from reducible inguinal hernias. Soft form is designed using the latest materials for the greatest or most complete or best possible level of aid and comfort. Constructed of lightweight material and a plush elastic waistband, totally adaptable without the use of uncomfortable metal snaps or buckles. A simple hook and loop closure allows you to control how tight the belt fits, making it the most adaptable hernia belt available. Adjustable, soft elastic leg straps. Removable foam compression cushions give gentle, gradual pressure to reduce inguinal hernias. Either cushion may be got rid of to help a single hernia. Hides well under most clothing. Color: Beige. For proper sizing, measure the widest area of your waist. Small fits 30-35″, Medium fits 35-41″, Large fits 41-46″. Note: Measure carefully. For health and hygienic reasons we can not receive returns or exchanges of hernia belts once the factory sealed packaging has been opened.

Most comfortable belt/truss on the market

(If you wear boxer/briefs with it!) More support, less pinching, less constricting on your intestines. I have bought hernia briefs as well, and although they too are effective, it compresses your whole lower abdomen/pubic region. This belt has a larger compression area surrounding the hernia (larger foam pads) hence less chance of pinching your hernia or for myself (this going to be my third hernia operation) pinching all my scar tissue and internal mesh padding. It is as though I almost forget wearing this belt, unlike that hernia brief that feels like your wearing a giant rubber band.

Some people complain that they must hand wash this garment. This applies to all support belts/braces on the market! Even if for instance the hernia brief doesn’t REQUIRE hand washing, you should still do it if you want it to last and not fall apart sooner. Drying usually only takes about a day (if humid) and even on those days hang it in the sun so it speeds up the process. I only have medical through the VA, and last time (at least for me) it took a year and a half to just discover my first hernia (when I actually had two). So make the investment, since God only knows when you’ll get the money or surgeon that knows what he’s doing.

Does what it describes, as well as possible with a soft product. Sizing should be based on waist size, not hip size. It can arrive too large otherwise.

Comfortable

Purcased 2 of these for my 84 year old dad. He has had a hernia for many years and tried many belts but always uncomfortable. He was given this belt by someone to try and loved it. Very comfortable and easy to put on. Washes and dries perfectly. Thank you for making an 84 year old man happy.
